My mat time has been pretty sparse recently. I’m taking what I can get though.

A decent turnout on Saturday, despite the Submission Hunt going on. I warmed up and then did a couple of rounds with Harris and Yael. I broke it up with a couple of rounds teaching a couple of new guys, brothers, BJJ 101. This was their third class, and they looked pretty lost.
