Saturday’s open mat was pretty typical. Flowed with Brandon for a round to warm up, then went a couple of rounds with him. I was wanting to experiment with the DLR sweeps we did earlier this week, plus one that Damian showed me a while ago, but no one ever stood up against me.

Powerlifter Matt apparently is back with us now. We rolled for a bit, and he’s still as strong as an ox. Also grabbed Wade for a couple of light rounds.
