More Butterfly Work

More of the same drills as Tuesday, with slight variations because Damian was teaching.

For rounds we did situational training, starting in butterfly. 5 minutes each side. I had Harris and a big white belt named Dan. Harris smashed me, including accidentally banana splitting my legs. My hips don’t bend that way very well.

Dan was a little frustrating. He was strong, and holding on for dear life. It’s something I can (and did) deal with, but was mostly so static that there wasn’t much learning to be done on either side.
