I was moving pretty well on Friday morning. We had a good sized group in despite the holiday weekend.

I kicked things off with White Belt Bob. We rolled for a couple of rounds, starting off slow and ramped up as we went. I finally felt like I had kicked the last of my sickness. Plenty of gas in the tank. Derrick was next, then Aria and JR.
