RDLR Sweep

No intermediate class last night, or warm up even. Tim built up a series of drills. Including getting to situp guard, going inverted and rolling from leg to leg. Then the technique of the day was a sweep from RDLR. You kick with a hook, pull with your collar grip, then spin around into a single leg.

For rounds, I had Renato, Seth, Bob, and Tim. Did good with Renato, taking his back while he was attempting an americana from half guard. Spent the rest of the round on his back or mounted, but could never quite get a submission. Did okay with Seth, though he had a couple of creative moves. Triangled Bob, and almost got the sweep of the day off, still got a good scramble off of it though. And endured a 7 minute smashing by Tim.

Plus, my belt turned up.
