Tough day today. Tough week actually, mentally.

I knew that I was going to be running in low gear as soon as I woke up this morning. And making it through open mat was going to be a grind. And boy, was it.

Started with Nick and it was 60/40 in his favor. That was to be my high point. Next had Cheng, then Tim, then Silver Fox Tom, a break with Sid, then Popsicle to round out the day. 8 minute rounds each.
