Taking It Easy

I had every intention of double dipping classes tonight, but I was feeling pretty stiff and tired after just one.

The white belt class dealt with an interesting takedown. Starting from the clinch, put one foot on their hip, hop your other foot closer, then sit while pulling them towards you. You end up doing a backward somersault and end up mounted. We added in a variation where you switch to open guard, run the six hooks drill, and then a sweep from there. JP and I took it slow and easy.

I did my 531 press work and called it a night.
