Sao Paulo Counters

No gi! It’s been a while. Tiny class, only 7 of us.

Brady led with some Sao Paulo pass counters. Primarily defending against their arm opening our guard, and threading our foot through to tie them up. Then it’s easy to escape our hips and roll into mount. Or, grab their head, and force them to square up (or get swept into mount).

For rounds, we split into groups and ran the chipper, starting in full guard. Pass vs sweep/submit. I had Long, Wade and Brady.
