Coming Back

I caught the daycare plague last week, so no jiu jitsu for me. I’m much better now, but still wheezing a bit.

I made it through the warm up. Then drilled some take downs with Popsicle, and my lungs started catching up with me. I slowed down some, and managed to be okay. We then drilled some side control into mount stuff. Drop our high hip to attempt to isolate the near arm. Shove their blocking knee across them, then mount when they square up. If they block our knee when mounting, pin the arm, step over and either armlock or mounted triangle.

For rounds, I had Popsicle, Long, break, Stu, Tim, and another break. I was happy to be moving, even if everyone was taking it easy with me.
